Overview

HRDS (Hrvatska romska demokratska stranka) - Democratic Party of the Croatian Roma. The statutes are available at the <hidra.srce.hr> describing the flag, illustraing it here.
The flag is blue over green bicolour, defaced with the party emblem, this being the red wheel over which in the middle is set square of 25 red and white cheques and overall black initials of the party. The flag is obviously based on the Roma national flag as established in 1971 by the International Roma Congress.
The party is, as the name implies, the party of Croatian Roma population, is established in 2006 in Bistrinci in Belisce community (Osijek-Baranja County) where considerable Roma population lives. According to HIDRA in 2007 it had some 160 members. Probably is active in Belisce community only.
